Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 9/22/2025

This Privacy Policy explains how BWN Ventures LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) handles information in connection with our websites and services (“Services”).

1. Summary

We do not intentionally collect personal information directly from visitors. Limited technical data may be automatically processed by our infrastructure providers, Cloudflare and Microsoft Azure (App Services), for security, performance, hosting, and reliability.

2. Information We (Intentionally) Do Not Collect

We do not directly collect names, email addresses, account registrations, or marketing profiles on our websites, unless expressly stated on a specific page or product.

3. Information Automatically Collected by Providers

Our infrastructure providers may automatically collect limited technical information. Examples include:

  • Cloudflare: IP address, device and browser metadata, general location (derived from IP), security/anti-abuse signals, and request/response logs for performance and protection.
  • Microsoft Azure (App Services): diagnostic, error, and usage logs necessary for hosting, uptime, and troubleshooting.

Such data is processed under those providers’ privacy policies and retention schedules. We do not combine or augment these logs to identify individual users.

4. Purpose of Processing

  • Operate, secure, and maintain the Services.
  • Monitor performance, reliability, and availability.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Only essential cookies or equivalent technologies may be set by Cloudflare or Azure to deliver security and core functionality. We do not deploy additional analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or share personal information. Disclosure may occur only:

  • to service providers (e.g., hosting/security) as necessary to operate the Services,
  • to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process, or
  • to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.

7. Data Security

We rely on Cloudflare and Azure’s enterprise-grade security controls. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of technical logs.

8. Data Retention

We do not intentionally retain personal information. Provider logs are retained according to Cloudflare and Azure policies and are generally purged on a rolling basis. We do not extend retention beyond what is necessary for security, compliance, or operational integrity.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Users

The Services are operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be processed in, and subject to the laws of, the United States.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to request access, deletion, or information about our data practices. Because we do not intentionally collect or store personal information beyond provider logs, these rights are generally not applicable. You may still contact us and we will respond as required by law.

12. Do Not Track / Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell or share personal information and do not respond to Do Not Track signals, as we do not conduct cross-site tracking or targeted advertising.
